Picture Day:
Picture Day at Spottsville was Tuesday, March 9th. Both individual and group pictures were taken. Group Pictures are $8.00 for an 8x10 classroom photo. This picture needed to be pre-paid before March 9th. Individual pictures were taken as well that day. Every student had their individual picture taken. When the proofs come in, you can view your child's picture and decide what you would like to purchase. This picture is a full-length photo.
School Wide Reward:
Our students have earned a school-wide reward party for their great behavior. Students earn "Panther Paws" for making good work and behavior choices throughout the day. Once student is rewarded from each classroom every Friday and then all of the "Panther Paws" are deposited in a special box. We have reached a special mark on our box, so it is time to celebrate our good work/behavior! Mr. Norris Priest was here to perform some magic with our students on March 11th @ 1:30! We all enjoyed his show!
Miss Kentucky:
Miss Kentucky, Mallory Ervin, visited our school on Monday, March 8th. She also placed 4th runner-up in the Miss America pageant recently. Miss Ervin spoke with our students about being their best! She encouraged our students to set high goals for themselves, stay fit by exercising and eating healthy and avoiding drugs and alcohol! Each students received a signed photo of Miss Ervin after her visit. We enjoyed her visit!
